EDUCATION

In 2002, he obtained the Diploma of Accountant from the Technical and Commercial Institute "Rino Molari" in Santarcangelo di Romagna

In 2007, he obtained the Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Bologna with a degree thesis on Administrative Law entitled "Legal nature and jurisdictional protection of the right of access"

In 2011, he obtained the Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Bologna with a degree thesis on Administrative Law entitled "Town planning agreements and public works"

MAIN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

He practises as a lawyer and notary public in an office in Dogana He was public defender from 27 August 2016 to 27 August 2017

He is a member of the boards of auditors of some companies incorporated under San Marino law

He is insolvency administrator for the Court of the Republic of San Marino

POLITICAL ACTIVITY

A member of the San Marino Christian Democratic Party since 2002, he served as Editor-in- Chief of the periodical “Azione” and of “Il San Marino” and is currently a member of the Party Leadership

In 2008, he was elected as a member of the Great and General Council for the 27th Legislature representing San Marino Christian Democratic Party. During such Legislature, he was Government Syndic and member of the Permanent Parliamentary Commission for Constitutional and Institutional Affairs; State Legal System and Public Administration; Civil Protection; Internal Affairs; Relations with the Township Councils

He is presently a member of the Great and General Council for the current 30th Legislature and a member of the Permanent Parliamentary Commission for Constitutional and Institutional Affairs; State Legal System and Public Administration; Civil Protection; Internal Affairs; Relations with the Township Councils and of the Permanent Parliamentary Commission for Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Immigration; Security and Public Order; Information

OTHER POSITIONS HELD AND CORPORATE OFFICES

From 2006 to 2013, he was a member of the Governing Council of San Marino Mutual Aid Society, holding the offices of Secretary and Vice-President

From 2014 to 2017, he was Vice-President of San Marino Cassa di Risparmio Foundation - S.U.M.S.

From 2016 to 2020, he was a member of the Executive Committee of the Civil Aviation and Maritime Navigation Authority of the Republic of San Marino

From 2019 to 2020, he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Public Utilities Autonomous State Corporation (A.A.S.S.)
